We are a four star country house hotel situated in rural splendour on the Leicestershire/Warwickshire border, yet only 2 minutes from the Midlands motorway network.
Extensive new facilities
The hotel is currently undergoing a 5.2 million pound extension due for completion in September 2010. This will include 44 luxury bedrooms including 5 deluxe suites, a self contained function room and four purpose built executive meeting rooms along with the only Garden Pagoda in Leicestershire which will have a licence for Civil Wedding Ceremonies. A ‘Fine Dine’ restaurant will also be providing the finest cuisine.
High quality accommodation
At the moment we have 52 en suite bedrooms (including suites and superior rooms) with our main function room holding up to 250 guests. As a renowned wedding venue there are three rooms accommodating from 20 up 250 guests with each room holding a civil wedding licence. The conference rooms also vary in size and are equipped for any type of event ranging from an intimate meeting for 10 up to a product launch for 200.
The dining experience
The Willow Restaurant has achieved 2 AA rosettes for its food and service for the last 5 years and continues to provide excellent service and quality of food along with the Terrace Bistro serving a more casual dining experience.
Romans Leisure Club
boasts an award winning 17 metre swimming pool incorporating a bubble jet bath with a whirl pool spa and poolside loungers. For the more energetic, the state of the art air conditioned gymnasium is equipped with the very latest cardio vascular machines as well as the more traditional resistance equipment. Additional facilities include a children’s pool, spacious cedar wood sauna, an aromatic steam room and a solarium.
Our therapy suites offer a wide range of treatments in the most luxurious surroundings and qualified staff will recommend a programme of treatments that are specially tailored to your individual needs. To finish that, a ‘Top to Toe’ look Kennedy’s hair salon is also available.
